The short version.
I started building AI because the people around me kept asking the same question: “Cool demo — but does it actually work on a Tuesday at 6 a.m.?”
That’s still the question I care about. Most AI content is built for the demo — the version that wows on Monday and quietly breaks by Thursday. I’m more interested in the boring middle: the part where you actually have to ship the thing, get a team to use it, and turn it into revenue.
So that’s what I do. I run a small holding company of AI ventures, write The AI Blink for the people doing the work, and share what holds up in production — not what looks good in a screenshot.
